Part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll be on the phone all day, taking calls from customers and brokers regarding their existing mortgages or mortgage applications. This isn’t an admin role. It’s all about communication.
It’s about speaking to people, from the length and breadth of the country, using a variety of IT systems and delivering the highest standards of customer care. There’ll be time targets to hit and customer satisfaction levels to maintain as you expertly solve problems, answer queries and offer useful advice to your customers. Fast-paced and extremely varied, no two days, or calls, will be the same.
So, you’ll need to think on your feet, stay switched-on and aim to always deliver a right first-time service. Often working under pressure, support is always available from approachable management and team members.
