Katie Loder - Relationship Director

After starting on the graduate programme with my previous employer and working in various roles across retail, commercial and corporate banking over a 10 year period; it was time for a new challenge.

Santander is a bank that stands out from the crowd. A new player looking to grow market share and a clear ambition to be recognised as the SME bank of choice, I wanted to be part of this new face of banking.

Having completed my first year with Santander as a Relationship Director the customer focused culture has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other banks it places an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships locally. We are encouraged to work closely with the business community spending time listening to our customers and presenting simple innovative solutions tailored to the individuals needs.

It is an exciting time to be part of this organisation with significant opportunities both nationally and internationally to fulfil my career aspirations.
