Your ability to build sustainable relationships with our customers will be essential in making that happen. Acting as a Deputy Manager to the Branch Director / Branch Manager at one of our Financial Centres or High Street Branches you’ll ensure day-to-day branch operations are carried out actively.

Keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do our Customer Service Managers effectively run the counter and banking hall so that excellent customer service is delivered in every interaction with customers. While ensuring branch risks are identified, assessed, addressed and then monitored, you will also lead and motivate the Customer Service Advisor team in the branch, providing them with coaching, direction and support on a day to day basis.
